AM – S 300 A

Multi-purpose AM - S 300 A arc spray device is suitable for coating processes aimed at protecting large and extensive surfaces from corrosion. Various metal-steel wires, cored wires, zinc, or aluminum wires suitable for every need can be attached within a few minutes and sprayed onto the desired surface.

Machine Specifications

An ideal coating device used for galvanizing materials that cannot be coated with hot-dip galvanizing method. It provides fast and economical solutions for coating very large-sized materials or materials under pressure. Due to its rough coating surface, it is suitable for paint applications. Coating thickness can range from 50 microns to 1000 microns. Coated surfaces provide protection for nearly 40 years depending on the material's conditions.
