EM – S / U 300 A

For engineering applications such as the repair of worn parts and the salvage of incorrectly manufactured machine parts, as well as corrosion protection, the EM - S spray gun specially designed for automation and robot applications is used. A portable 300 ampere power unit, a 4.5-meter-long cable and hose package, EM - S / U spray gun, and coating wires with diameters of 1.60 mm, 2.00 mm, and 2.50 mm are used.

Machine Specifications

An ideal coating device used for galvanizing materials that cannot be coated with the hot-dip method, particularly suitable for automation and robot applications. It is commonly used in the galvanizing of the weld seam area in the production line of galvanized pipes and profiles. Provides corrosion protection for materials for nearly 40 years depending on the conditions.
