EM – S / U 400 A

For engineering applications such as the repair of worn parts and the salvage of incorrectly manufactured machine parts, as well as corrosion protection, the EM - S spray gun specially designed for automation and robot applications is used. It is equipped with a portable 400 ampere power unit, a 4.5-meter-long cable and hose package, EM – S / U spray gun, and coating wires with diameters of 1.60 mm, 2.00 mm, and 2.50 mm.

Machine Specifications

Especially used in automation and robot applications, it serves as an ideal coating device for galvanizing materials that cannot be coated with the hot-dip galvanizing method. It is commonly used in galvanizing the weld seam area in the production line of galvanized pipes and profiles. Provides corrosion protection for materials for nearly 40 years depending on the conditions.
